Types of grease for U-Joints & Slide Yoke and the Double Cardan Joint

At 4x4 Wire.com it mentions 2 different types of grease for the slide yolks and u-joints . HOW important do you guys think this is ? Any other truck I've owned I have used No.2 Lithium grease for both.
You think its worth getting the other kind as well ? Or is this overkill ?

Your '98 Owners Manual lists those same two kinds as well. That idea came from Toyota.

Personally, I think it is overkill. I use Mobil1 synth grease on everything and it's fine.

Yep ,thats what I did yesterday . Just didnt overdo it . No more clunky clunky now either
