2 coats of black stain and 2 coats of poly, love the dark look. I used carriage bolts on the outside (1 inch) with jam nuts in the drawer recess. I
I opted to use framing L brackets to mount the drawer system. I like this as it s strong than turnbuckles but I can still remove the drawer if needed
Taped off the drawer front to prevent splintering when cutting. 3/4 blatic on front of 1/2 drawers for strength and depth.
Final drawer front aligned and braced for cut. Once cut, i glued and secured after final test fit in drawer
