    Denso Universal Oxygen Sensors

So maybe the 4.7 is the same? I checked denso's website and it lists that initial one for all 4 as well.

    Denso Universal Oxygen Sensors

It only lists 234-4169 as an upstream for a tundra 4.7. I assume that's the same for the 4runner but it isn't a drastic price difference.

Yes, I know that. Someone previously stated that they are different but autozone is listing it as for up and down.

    Denso Universal Oxygen Sensors

New Denso 4W Oxygen Sensor Toyota Vehicles Various | eBay Anybody tried these? I was planning on replacing all 4 with these universal ones. I know the standard is buy quality and OEM but this is Denso. I wouldn't think it would make a difference. I only ask because I was reading a forum and...

You really don't need to through. Just disconnect at the check valves and leave everything else. No oil whatsoever at that point. Why do more when there's no harm In it staying there?

Lift and Tire Central (pics)... Post 'em Up!

That was $550 each($1100 total)......they are crooks. I even told them they were grossly inflating the price and he just said "thats your opinion". I then told him the part cost(new) and the book hours for the work. Owned

It's about the same labor to just get new cv's so I'd probably just go for that.

Haha. They are actually not to blame for all that on my side but I know what you mean. All that grease and blood is mine.....they'd have to work to get greasy.

Lift and Tire Central (pics)... Post 'em Up!

Here's my new additions. FJ springs, Revtek spacer lift, painted wheels, and a disco roof rack(dont ask how it's attached). Unfortunately though I have both CV joints leaking. Whats a realistic price on replacing those? Pep Boys wanted $550 each. I don't have the time or I'd do it myself. I...

    Need Top Plate Nuts

Well I am not but the previous owner was directly on the beach. Their service records were amazing but they must have never washed the underside. I'm using a wirecup attachment on an angle grinder to get rid of some of the rust and respraying with some automotive rust prevent paint. Any idea...

    Need Top Plate Nuts

Ok, sounds good. My nuts from the right side had some corrosion and caused two of them to misthread. The joys of cars from the beach....must have kept the right side of the car facing the ocean....you can actually tell it has more corrosion on that side. Drivers side didn't have any issues...

    Need Top Plate Nuts

I'm not opposed to that but are those going to be strong enough? I realize it's not keeping a constant load or anything but I just wouldn't want to put anything of a lesser grade than what is currently there. I did notice though that the nuts that page I posted were just nylock nuts.

    Need Top Plate Nuts

I've had the WORST install of a lift. I've done lifts before but I had soooo much wrong with my 4runner its taken me a lot longer than expected.......and now it's going to take longer. I was reassembling the passengers side and when I was tightening down the studs they started to spin:ybrick...
