I bought an Addco bar for my Conquest many moons ago. The bar itself was great but the hardware was a joke. I am a machinist so I was able to machine my own but unfortunately dont have any advise.

I'm a bit confused with the differences between the years with the front differential actuator. I've read quite a few posts about soldering the motor leads and would like to give this a try before replacing it. My question is, on the 2001-2002 4runners is it possible to remove the actuator...

Havent touched the front actuator yet. Getting cold out... Maybe the 01-02 switches for the center dif/transfer case are different than other years(?) but I found that the two center switches do not match what Toyota says I need. Being a resourceful fellow, I found Beck Arnley part numbers...

That's about the worse place there is for cross threading. I had one nut that was problematic and almost ruined the thread in the flange. I personally would replace the stud and nut if possible and coat liberally with anti-seize.

Just wanted to save someone else the headache if you decide to replace your cats and muffler. There seems to be only 2 options for stock replacement type mufflers(ie... affordable options), the Walker and the Bosal. I had good experience with the Walker on the wife's Nissan Sentra. Not the same...
