May possibly be the common head gasket issue with the 3.0 v6. That would cause for the poor mpg and running hot. Try a compression test to verify if it is a head gasket. good luck!

The body shop had taken my vehicle to the dealership and said it was missing. But now they say it doesn't come with one. It was supposed to connect to the left side top of the fender apron. And thats what the bodyshop had replaced. Thanks

Title is fixed! So far its been a month, and am tired of driving the Enterprise Ram truck. But the truck is nice and I have been taking advantage of getting some things done. My 4runner should be done end of this week or beginning of next. Thanks

The body shop estimate is 15k and not close to total loss. The frame and suspension is not damaged. The insurance appraiser added things that were fine and missed a few things to replace. But I guess I'll have my 4runner back in 2weeks. I'll post pics when I get it back.

The body shop found more issues, the Main harness is damaged, headlight harness, windshield is cracked on the bottom corner next to the pilar, the pilar is dinged, rear bumper chipped by tow truck driver by standing on the rear bumper, and possibly more. I should find out more today. The body...
