2018 TRD OffRoad Cold Weather Pkg?

Yep...you are in good shape. The 2018 TRD OffRoad Premium has no "winter package"....Toyota just doesn't market it that way. The 2018 TRD ORP will come with the heated windshield, mirrors and seats.

    Steering noise on a lifted 2018 4Runner

Yeah....I would take it to another (different)reputable shop and have them re-torque all of your suspension parts...including your UCAs and LCAs. Good luck...it will be found.

    2016 T4R running board options

Yeah...I would just do a Google image search for your year 5th gen and figure out what you like. FWIW...I think I'm going with the N-Fab bars on my new 5th gen. Good luck on your search.

    Suspension issues/recommendations

Thanks... I looked over the sticky on suspensions. I get the whole shocks/springs/coilovers (a.k.a Lift) thing as I will be replacing those...nothing too hardcore as I don't have the chance to get off-road much. Funny I say that as I just did 1300 miles last weekend into Colorado and found...

    Suspension issues/recommendations

Looking for some recommendations: I have a 2007 4Runner (Ltd 4WD) that has 150k on the clock. I have noticed recently that my suspension is loosening up and is making some noise that would indicate that parts are becoming well worn to the point of needing to be replaced. What suspension parts...

    Highest Mileage 4th Gen?

'07 Limited 4WD now with just over 136k. Last week an oil change (every 5k). Just rotated my Cooper AT3s today. Tomorrow, new front brake pads. Nothing out of the norm....

Proper Tire for a Wicked Road Trip

I'm not sure what others think, but I would take a hard look at the Cooper Discoverer AT3 and/or the Toyo Open Country A/T as more aggressive options. Michelin LTX and the Bridgestone Revo's are also great as all-around tires. I'm not sure what would perform best in the snow...best on the...

Too Much Lift on Coil Overs ?????

Wow...that's bad! I would also recommend taking it back ASAP. Get those removed and get some replacements. That should have never happened. If they have any integrity or wish to preserve their reputation they will pay for the parts, removal and re-installation. I feel hacked just looking at...

3" Toytec being installed on Friday!!!

Cool....looking forward to the pictures & review. I may do something similar to my 07 LTD V8.

Why Shrockworks is definitely worth the price!

Impressive results & photos. MICA4R has some very good points on the pros - cons of a bumper like this. I will say that if I had to roll through a heard of Zombies, I would want your rig.

    Highest Mileage 4th Gen?

My '07 V8 is pushing 113k. Still doing well...probably needs shocks, springs, struts replaced..perhaps OME lift from ToyTec will do the trick. Has the typical T4R "clunk" when I come to a stop. Gas mileage is still very good. Great vehicle w/ no complaints. :biggrin2:

    3" Lift...what about sway bar?

Thanks for the info....Anyone here using an ADDCO sway bar? Performance?

    3" Lift...what about sway bar?

Are end link disconnects, or quick-disconnects available for these bars? Obviously flex and articulation are important when on trails, which I may do only 1-2% of my total time.

    3" Lift...what about sway bar?

On my older 3rd gen. I had no lift but an ADDCO front sway bar...loved it. Now...If I go with a 3" lift (OME, Toytec Ultim. or FJC springs & 5100's) on my 4th gen. what effect will this have on my stock front/rear sway bars? Is is worth adding something like the ADDCO #2314 on the front end...
