Suspension issues/recommendations

Looking for some recommendations: I have a 2007 4Runner (Ltd 4WD) that has 150k on the clock. I have noticed recently that my suspension is loosening up and is making some noise that would indicate that parts are becoming well worn to the point of needing to be replaced. What suspension parts would you recommend replacing or upgrading? My goal is to get 250k to 300k out of my 4Runner. Thanks!

Check the stickied suspension thread at the top and search around. Lots of threads cover this.
This^^ another thing is that while a lot of the parts are worn, some are most likely worse than others so look up how to check for play in the bushings and joints and test them. Then you can prioritize your replacements.

On a side note: I think this is something people should do on a regular basis for safety and maintenance reasons on all vehicles regardless of age/mileage.

Thanks...

I looked over the sticky on suspensions. I get the whole shocks/springs/coilovers (a.k.a Lift) thing as I will be replacing those...nothing too hardcore as I don't have the chance to get off-road much. Funny I say that as I just did 1300 miles last weekend into Colorado and found myself on a couple of unimproved roads that I had to take at less than 3 mph..risking total destruction of my 4Runner. That all being said, I still want a great ride and quality components. Should replacing the sway bar, bushings, ball joints etc. be considered. I will likely have it up on a lift within the next 5 days to analyze the components. Advice is appreciated. Thanks!
