On my older 3rd gen. I had no lift but an ADDCO front sway bar...loved it. Now...If I go with a 3" lift (OME, Toytec Ultim. or FJC springs & 5100's) on my 4th gen. what effect will this have on my stock front/rear sway bars? Is is worth adding something like the ADDCO #2314 on the front end? Does it even make sense to do the lift and upgrade the sways? Feedback and help...Thanks!

Yes quick disconnects ahould be available, and off-roaders really like them. A popular place to purchase quick-disconnects is Wabfab.

So you are really going for performance on the road?
Bottom line offroad no sway bars is probably the way to go. I still have the rear attached, the front definitely loosened up after it was gone but I really like the way it feels to be honest. I don't drive offroad much at all either. The quick connects might be good for the back but you can really go without the front one on the road it's not a big deal. Both off might be a bigger deal. Also, it took about 30+ lbs off the front of the truck too.
