Hmm looks pretty normal. Replace the cracked head. The coolant leak looks like it was from the lower intake plenum gasket failure (between the head and intake manifold. They like to rust out the stock gaskets there. That's how the rear intake studs get all messed up from.

I'd probably second that is a piece of broken wiring harness plastic.

I run the baja boss at and really like them, they are heavy though. Good road manners, good rain/wet traction (remember its not a sports car), great offroad traction. It's a wash if toyota will know or still have the adapters to do that type of balance. Might need to call a few places.

Also are you on stock rims? If so they require a lug centric adapter for balancing, not hub centric.

Did you use new lower intake plenum to cylinder head gaskets? Did you clean the sealing surfaces good? It could be a bad or failed seal sucking coolant into the combustion chamber, causing the white smoke. Thos gaskets are known to rust out and fail, causing the last stud on both sides to rust...
