Doesn't that just suck alot of hot air off the manifold? Being a diesel guy we did this mod to our factory air boxes too and saw 300-400 degree EGT temp rises..yeah more air...but what are your intake air temps?Anyone put a probe in there stock and one after the deckplate mod?;):

Ok so do the 4 cyl exhaust manifolds crack on these AND/OR could it be the gasket leaking?It's pretty throaty nasty when cold, but warm it's a little better.Would a good sized leak in this area cause a decrease in gas mileage?Thanks
