Welp thought I had it. Ended up redoing the flush with CLR and it seemed to have helped, but with it being super cold here now it seems to have come back. Seems like anything under freezing and it has issues keeping up. Getting frustrating lol. Might just put a new heater core in it this summer...

Well. Tried the heater core flush with vinegar today. No change. Seems like soon as I get about 45 mph and its decently cold (Tonight was 45) it starts blowing cold. No idea what it could be. The heater valve works, can feel heat on both sides of it. If I'm just sitting there not moving, blows...

Guess the plan is to do the flush and go ahead and change the t-stat. Who knows if the PO used the old one, put it in right, whatever. So, too easy. That'll be the plan next weekend, supposed to be 60 instead of 6.

Is the heater control valve the valve on the center firewall? Yes my temps run just below center. When I get home Ill check it all out.

Figured it out. PO must have been in there messing around. There are 2 plugs that fit the switch. Finally sat down and found the switch in the wiring diagram and it said only a grey/white-black wire ran to it, the plug that was inserted had 4 wires, and it only had the white-blk wire. So...
