    2006 V8 gets 17 miles on highway?

    Hi RandyDaytona How did you do that? On state highway I cruised around 72 miles/hour and got 17 miles/gal. On the local highwat I cruised around 62 and got 16 miles/gal. My 4runner is 2006 V8 SE model. So far has 94000 miles on it.

    I drove my 2006 V8 93000 miles from Maryland to NY. I cruised at around 72 on highway I-95. the gas millage was 17 m/g . please advise possibilities and how to check by self? Thank you.
