Can somebody direct me to an image where I should tap the backup camera wires on the tail light?

I'm approaching 160K miles on my 3rd gen 2WD 6 cylinder. First time hearing this howling noise. It only happens accelerating from a stop 'til about 10mph and upon braking, just about to stop. In short, when it's running around 0-10mph.

I just got mine came in without boots and bumps and while I was reading amazon reviews, someone mentioned there's really no bumps and boots with this. Do I need these boots and bumps? Thanks in advance.
