Looking to verify the TOTAL fluid capacity for a 2000 4Runner (4x4) auto trans (A340F). NOT just the drain and replace quantity - but as if it was being rebuilt and was completely dry. Is it 11 qts.?

This looks like a heavy duty rack. And it mounts into the factory T-slots? Are you using the long or short version?

Have you been off road with that kind a load in the rack? I am looking to carry 3-5gal. cans of fuel (@ 30.5LBS + 8LBS for the can) - 115.5 LBS, 1-5gal. can of water (@ 41.6LBS + 8LBS for the can) - 49.6LBS, and the stock 265/70 R16 spare (weight unknown). Not going to do any insane 4 wheeling -...

Is there a rooftop cargo rack out there that mounts on the factory "T" slots instead of clamping to the cross bars? Looking for something that can hold 4-5 jerry cans in the front, and a spare tire in the rear - so it would have to be trail rated for a decent load.

Anybody know of a plate front bumper that has a receiver but no winch plate? I like the versatility of a cradle mounted winch, and don't want the extra weight hanging on the front end.

Greetings all! New to this forum and the 4Runner. Just bought a 2000 SR5, and waiting for new rubber (negotiated a set of Cooper Discoverer A/T3 tires as part of the deal) to go out and play. Anything that "needs" to be done to make this a better vehicle from the start?
