its the fuse box under your hood, of the six smaller (blade) fuses it is the one on the bottom all the way to the right if you are looking at it from the front of the 4runner, and yes its a 15 amp! If you need the label for the fuse box I think toyota will sell it to you for a few bucks.

It measures 36.5"x19.5" and the one in my 4runner is like 33"x17.5", could it be this was from an extra cab truck are they bigger?

yeah so I got that sunroof today and it doesn't fit! It came from a 84 truck and I assumed that they would be the same as the 4runner, but it is wider and longer then the sunroof for the 4runner. I guess I can always sell it, but I can't understand why they would be different?:(
