Back window security

has anyone disconnected their rear window(4runner) from rolling down by using the key outside? meaning that you can only roll it up using the key and roll it up and down from inside. I was thinking about this and at least where I live a lof of older toyota's get broken in to and stolen by people using shaved keys alot, and I was thinking that the back window( in the 4runner) would be an easy way in for someone with a shaved key to break in. Does anyone know of a way to disable this without cutting the wire for the key up control on the tailgate or has anyone else thought about this before?

The only way to do that would be cutting the wire.

But also note that the cylinder on your driver's door is probably more of a concern than the back window. At least where I live it is.

I fixed that problem very easily. The cylinders are all stuck on my jeep, so I have to either break in usin' an antenna with a hook or steal my controler to the alarm system...

I agree with Ulfr. If I had a key that would roll down a very slow back window, why wouldn't I just use it to very quickly open one of the front doors?
