Today i go and put 91 octane in it and drive to work, the check engine light never came on, and i just got back from lunch and it still isnt on, i wonder if it could have juts been some really bad gas?

Funny thing i took it to pep boys and they pulled the codes and i have a bad knock sensor.Looks like a pain in the butt to replace.

So i went to pep boys today and they pulled a code said the knock sensor with open or faulty,wanted to do a flow test to make sure it was bad.I have been reading alot of post about the knock sensor and the wiringmsome say it is most likelt the wiring that is bad on them before it is the sensor...

it has 236 thousand miles on it, i havent been able to see if there are any codes yet.Im going to see if anyone can do that for me tomorrow.
