Yes-they are watermarks (much better way to put it). I didn't get them installed. They came with the car from the Toyota dealer. It is CPO. I am very pessimistic that the dealer would do anything about it though.

don't want to change the topic but tint related question: Tints on my car has "3M" that are legible. And they are one shade darker than the tint itself (you can see them very easily). Never seen the brand of the tint readable like that. Is this normal maybe? (I have an 05 Sport).
