The other thing I'll say is that I don't have limitless money to go to another shop and just replace everything from scratch. Is it wrong for me to expect that my car is returned to me in the condition it was? I can't believe I'm just SOL in this case.

It now appears, according to the shop, that the vibration is being caused by my front differential mount bushings, which are oil-soaked and falling apart. Does anyone have experience with vibrations on the freeway coming from this specifically?

Finally took it in. They told me the front U-joint was coming apart and fixed it, but told me the vibrations are from the steering rack bushings which I guess have been coated in oil from a leak. The u-joint replacement did not fix it. Does that sound like a common cause to you all?

I think the brakes vibration is from the brakes themselves. I was told that I've been going through my tires, wearing the outsides of them, because of the control arm bushings. You think that's not correct?
