While driving, suddenly the slip indicator light comes on and the engine looses all power. This situation happens in completely dry road and while driving straight. This is very dangerous situation because the loss of power .

hi dave, i have that same drawing, but i do not see the dome light there. do you see it?

one positive, one negative and the trigger, the trigger is inverted (when you close the door the negative will become active . when i try to connect the dvd power to these wire. the front map light turn on. that's why i wanted to understand the circuit.

I install a roof dvd , the dvd has a + input for turning on the dvd built in light that replaces the dome. none of the cables will turn on the light when the door is open. as you said it looks that the trigger is negative. so how can i turn on that light without using a relay?

i do not have the factory dome light. actually the are 3 wires. i have test them all and there is no change when i open the door . i asume the fuse is the same for the map light and they are working.

i put a dvd in the roof, the dvd does have a cable for turning on the dome light of the dvd. but none of the cables of the original dome would work for this.
