Assuming you have the correct PAC, you are safe to leave it unplugged if it doesn't have a corresponding recipient on the PAC wiring harness. It doesn't seem like enough wires and connectors but it works.

Yeah, buts it's obvious when you actually get in there and install it which plugs are used and which aren't. The biggest issue I had was what to do with all of the blue remote wires... the answer was connect them all together.

I had the same issue with the same RP4.2-TY11 adapter. There is a firmware update on their website that fixes it. I updated the firmware and haven't had an issue since. RP4.2 Firmware Update - Download your file

You'd probably have to extend the wiring to reach that far. I was able to fit mine to the right of the radio tucked behind an AC vent. Reliability and sound quality are actually pretty good from my perspective, but be sure to update the firmware on it before installing. RP4.2 Firmware Update...

Bleeders are on top. I used speed bleeders up front. I'm going to try the two person method before driving it to the dealer, but the hose was bubble free so I don't think anything was getting sucked back in.

Take a look at Toyo Open Country AT II's. I just put a set on and we've had snow and ice this past week. They've done really well in those conditions, as well as dry roads. I was concerned they might be "too extreme" for 95% road use but so far I love them.
