plugged cat See if the cat is plugged...had same issue with a couple of other trucks I own

Thank you for your help...turns out it was the air flow metering sensor ...unplugged it...fired right up...replaced sensor....all is good

After cleaning out a clogged egr valve truck ran fine but high idle..disassembled air intake system and sprayed everything down with throttle body cleaner , sprayed inside throttle body itself...changed oil....now won't start ..blows heavy smoke from cleaner ,but no fire...is it extremely...

I am attemting my first cluch replacement on a 95 4runner R150f tranny...Any hints or tips would be GREATLY appreciated!! why do I need to remove the front diff bolts and keep it supported?? and same with the exhaust...appears to be plenty of clearance....thanks:happens:
