Hey guys. Not sure what's going on but I have a 97 5speed and if I'm in a high gear like 4 or 5 going only about 30or a little more and I floor it te engine will slowly rev up and then seems to slip out and rev all the way up to red line. Then when I let off the gas it just goes back to normal...

Dropped in a new radiator with fresh red coolant. And new alpine deck

Is that rad for a manual trans?

How about the coolant fluid. Toyota red or pink work with this?

Never installed these before but I know ican figure it out. Are they pretty straight forward. Easy fit

I just picked up a 97 this past weekend. It has quite a bit of rust under the front bumper area. I changed the oil today and while I was down there I noticed the bottom of the radiator was pretty rusty looking and pretty brittle to the touch. I am planning on flushing the coolant but do u thing...
