Does anyone have any info on other swaps in a 3rd gen?? I have unlimited resources in the salvage industry(junkyard). I thought it would be pretty cool to put in a new vortec or something along those lines.

If you caught it in time you may be ok! Someone I work with bought one with the milkshake, said the trans was toast. We did a flush and it ended up being ok!

I just installed(yesterday) tundra struts and tundra bils. They are set on the third notch. I have gone over several speed bumps and at pretty decent speed and have yet to hear or feel anything. I love it. The ride height is perfect for the 890s. My front sway is disconnected for now

We'll I figured it out!! I searched bad dimmer and found someone with the same problem. Apparently the dimmer runs off the tail light fuse under the hood. Checked, and it was I fact blown. Popped a new 10 in and they all lit up. I will post a picture of the LEDs once it gets dark. Thanks...

I don't get it, I have rotated every bulb 10x. I even put the old bulbs back in. No light. Is there a relay or fuse somewhere? I checked the 10 under dash already. If the dimmer quit working all the sudden(not likely) would the dash not light up?

Thought about that after the fact, credit card info not on there so I didn't bother editing. Address doesn't bother me a bit.

So I purchased a ten pack of jtec 194 168 2825 5-smd LEDs. It took me less than five mins to get them in. Turned the ignition and only the mph was lit. Swapped bulbs multiple times and the green bulb holders which made no difference. Now the one that was lit won't come back on.. All of the other...

Three options I can think of(correct me if im wrong). 1. You can call the dealer with your vin and they can tell you. 2. See if there is a tag on your rear end.. If there is it should be the same ratio as your front. 3. Theres an old trick about spinning the tire and counting the teeth. Not...
