The engine gave a loud whisteling sound when pulling up. I feared the worst and tought the turbo went kaput. Fortunately it was just a broken seal of the throttle valve housing. I went out to buy some oil paper and it was fixed in half an hour. The oil is still brown which is a good thing...

Turned out one of the front shocks was bad so i replaced them both. But i couldn't torque them down all the way because the thread was too short. We (a local mechanic and i) verified the MPN which was correct so we didn't order the wrong product. This likely was a production error or something...

Have you checked the wires at the door hinge? They tend to snap there because of opening and closing the door all the time.
