All doors and the back hatch lock and unlock properly, so that's not the bugger. It's something unique to the headlights, though, because the interior (dome) lights still do their thing.

Yours is not the first to reply that their T4R didn't do the 30 second headlight thing, but I am not imagining it. Maybe mine just figured out it isn't supposed to light up.

I'll try that when I get home, but normally if I try to lock the truck with a door not fully closed the truck makes a lot of noise. I'm assuming this would also be true with a stuck actuator, but who knows. I've already made certain my gas cap is on tightly, lol!
