The rig came to me configured this way and left it be for years as it was working fine.
But yes, had perm wire 1 to 3 and starter button wires crossed the 2 and 4 positions on the starter relay port

If you are an electrical auto sleuth this may be an interesting case. Here are the details.
• Type 2000 4Runner base
• Starter button wired to the relay switch connectors; in operation over 5yrs in this configuration
• Starter button wires were not taped and during panel removal...

t4rs are great rigs
have 2007 FJ and 2000 4runner. For me, I prefer the 4runner overall. Biggest difference is near 360 visibility & turn on a dime capabilities with 4runner
