Yeah, I can understand it to an extent. They want to make sure all the right stuff is there for the job. I can only imagine the pieced together stuff that some people might try to bring in. Plus, they'd much rather sell you the products as well, even though the margin is in the service.

SDHQ wont install customer supplied parts, even though it's all brand new in the box... weak. However, I did just get off the phone with TAP and he had a great price with alignment included. I'll most likely be going through them. Thanks much for the recommendation!
