I have a 95 4runner 3.0l n my engine is heating up when i'm in town driving or on highway for a period of time when i have my a/c on and it makes a/c blow hot air.... I put in a new radiator and thermostat and it helped a little but not much....please help to what may be going on..there are no...

I have a 95 4runner, just put in new radiator and thermostat and when I'm in town driving my a/c will start to blow hot air, anyone know why? Is it the condenser?? I had my compressor and freon checked and they were ok. The condenser fan works also so I'm assuming this is the problem...
