AC getting hot on 95 4runner

I have a 95 4runner, just put in new radiator and thermostat and when I'm in town driving my a/c will start to blow hot air, anyone know why? Is it the condenser?? I had my compressor and freon checked and they were ok. The condenser fan works also so I'm assuming this is the problem.. Suggestions to how I figure it out? Thank you!!

well the radiator and thermostat have nothing to do with AC directly.
the 4runner radiator is not Great at cooling with the tiny fan so my guess is your radiator is getting so hot the condenser isnt able to release heat but when you get wind in it like driving it would cool down and produce cold air and at idle speed the fan wont move any good air.

option 1
thin aluminum behind the condenser and wiring a small electric fan just for the condenser. you will get cold air at a stop but you will also have a hot radiator so get a 160 degree thermostat to keep cool.

option 2
get rid of the single belt drive fan and get a HIGH CFM electric fan. or better yet a dual fan set up to move more air.

ether way you need to keep cool.

real easy to install just do a little research into how others have done it on any vehicle and youll get an idea how easy it is.
