update Problem was that side was off by three teeth causing the coders.thanks for all your input

I checked again hoping it is only a few wires that are off.I'm sad to say that I have them correct

I'm almost positive the wires are correctly installed bc the harness is so tight they would not reach to any other ones

Was using coolant because cylinder three was leaking in that cylinder but had them both machined.

After replacing both head gaskets, belts ect.. check engine light came on with the codes 2,4 and 6 cylinder misfiring. Checked the wires three times to make sure they were connect to the right cylinders. Fuel injectors are 2 an 4 firing with a sethscope a new injector on number 6. I am out of...

When the unit is running cold the top pipe is cold, the bottom smaller one is semi cool. It has not started to run hot air yet but will give you an update when it does. Does that sound right?

Yes I put in new headbolts and had the heads machined one side was warped. The other side was good but had it machined anyways

high blower I have had it on the high blower side an thats when it started to blow ambient air. Are you saying that the pipe should be hot?? Also ad there is no dripping inside the passenger side ( not sure if that helps)

New plugs I put in the NGK plugs prior to taking out the head caskets, I had approx 200 hundred miles on them with the engine running smooth. I have also replaced the coils during the teardown, wires looked like they have had been replaced recently.

I can be driving an the A/C is blowing nice an cold then it will start blowing warm air. Later I can turn it on then it will blow cold again. It has done it 3 times in the last week? Any ideas????

Well this is what I have done, bought this 1996 4runner an the engine was sounding very smooth. But I had one problem, I was adding 16oz of coolant everyday.. I found a leak on the head caskets, replaced head caskets, intake caskets, belts, timing belt, water pump, knock sensors, fuel injectors...
