I think Magnetic Gray looks great with black wheels, but Classic Silver looks better when paired with the matte gray wheels. The contrast in colors just looks "right" to me with those two color combos.
Yep, fits in the spare tire location with no problem. I have KDSS and it's a little tight, but fits perfectly without rubbing. Non-KDSS 4Runners have more room, so no problem either way.
