is there any way to take the tow hook off? there are two screws under it and i took those off but it still doesnt move at all

i actually just used a clentch grip thing to clamp onto the bolt and other side and it finally popped off. thanks a lot for youre help!

so it goes inbetween the bolt and the arm piece? or it grabs the whole piece to pull off?

Is the lift gate panel the little opening next to the strap on the inside of the trunk? Cause if I take the piece off there's like some plastic bag inside there
