not too sure with Texas law but here in CA all front off-road lights needs to have cover on, but I never seem to have any problems (knocking on wood).

is it possible to make it so that I could mount 2 50" led lights bar?

I'm guessing it wouldn't hurt to put another led bar on top.

I had the same issue even with it being torque down, still had play so I went to my local hardware shop and grab 2 washer, and no more play at all.

do you guys happen to know if the sport edition 4runner would fit 16.5" wheels?

JB Weld should do the trick.

I cant remove the BL as the front and rear bumper are made for the BL.

indeed i'll have to re-gear, prolly one of the reason why I didn't re-gear in the first place when I was running 35", with my lift & BL I could prolly do 38" but that's just pushing the limits on my axle and tranny, whelp time for some tranny cooler mod.

I know I'll get a lot of shit for it, but I don't care, i'll post some pictures once im done, going with fabtech.
