The DRL will not come on when the truck is on and none of the blinkers work (all 4). No voltage to the sockets. Is this a bad turn signal relay? I cannot locate a fuse anywhere. I know the relay is behind the interior fuse box.. how easy is it to replace the relay? Or should I have it looked at...
