I have a 2005 4Runner which I bought in July for my teenaged son. No alarm sounds when the driver doesn't buckle the seatbelt. Did the '05 lack a seatbelt warning alarm or has mine malfunctioned/been disconnected? If turned off, any idea how to reactivate it?

Driving my 2005 4Runner today, the horn suddenly began sounding--4 or 5 honks in rapid succession, then quiet for a bit. Then it would repeat. It did it several times. Sometimes it seemed precipitated by my pressing the brake, but I'm not sure of that. Is it an alarm of some sort, or a...
