I checked Amazon link for your mattress, it showed another size(VCSB T1) that was specific to the 4Runner. 72" length. Did you check it out? Your model does not show length or specific for 4Runner?

Dealer service I would guess $185.00 would be ok for a full service including differentials and transfer case, lubing prop shafts and tightening everything. And that insane oil filter.
