Spacer lift question about rear shocks

Hey guys, so my rear shocks are just about done. The 4runner bounces way too much from the rear and I'm looking to fix this issue. There is also a noticeably known sag leaning in the rear. I have a 2.5 spacer lift (I was young and broke and went the cheap route) and was wondering what shocks...

Driver side fog light wont stay on, irritating.

This makes sense. Thank you. Given it turns on when it touches the frame, it does turn on so this makes sense thanks again I'll do that and go from there

Driver side fog light wont stay on, irritating.

:ybrick: hey guys, need some help figuring out what the hell is up with my driver side fog light. the 6+ years ive owned my truck its never stayed on, and as a matter of fact, it is loose and basically dangling. If I put my hand up the front bumper and lift the light housing, it stays on, but...

I F***d up. Ripped an ignition coil wire. Advice?

Lol I ended up taking the time to insert the positive end back into the connector and soldering it. Havent had a misfire or problem in general yet.

This. Thanks mate. The red and black are what snapped out of that connector. I'm wondering if I buy these if I would have to solder it since there is no other way around it

I F***d up. Ripped an ignition coil wire. Advice?

The red/blue is the positive cable and and the grey one is negative and they belong inside the connector that's next to them in my hand. I didnt think of that, going junkyard and the whole resoldering. I did manage to push both back in but I feel eventually theyll pop off again -__-

More pics. The 4runner starts up fine but I feel this will leave me stranded eventually after it becomes loose after a while. In one picture you can see the other ignition coil with this wire hooked up to it as normal

I F***d up. Ripped an ignition coil wire. Advice?

Was changing out my plugs when I accidentally ripped an ignition coil wire right off the Male input that hooks up to the ignition coil itself. If you check out the pictures itll make more sense. Long story short, I managed to push those two wires back into the Male plug (2 wires positive and...

going with a daystar spacer lift, questions on 1.5" vs. 2.5" kits and possible issues

you might be right on that one.. I don't think the rear coils have ever been changed. The shocks have, but not the coils. I might look into swapping them out.

going with a daystar spacer lift, questions on 1.5" vs. 2.5" kits and possible issues

I went with the daystar 2.5 lift on mine bud.. this was about a year ago now. when i first did it, my mechanic tried to advice me to change out the rear shocks before installing the lift due to lack of length. I still installed it without the rear shocks being replaced and it came out fine. The...
