Welp I totally read that wrong I guess, For some reason Passenger compartment ment passenger side in my brain. I guess ignore my post cause im confused on how fluid could get to the drivers steering column from turning the wheel. There isnt any fluid lines there.

yeah your title says power steering but then your post just says fluid. You also say passenger side and then steering column. If its on the passenger side, I bet its AC condensation line clogged.
