Looking into it some more. I have a limited and the used ECU came out of an SR5 4WD. Problem seems to be the immobilizer not allowing a start code and the reset is not working.

Thanks Old Red. I concur. The new/used ECU is the same model number as the one I pulled out so it should work.

Had to bite the bullet and take it to an auto electrical place that I know is very good. I know they are going find something easy that I overlooked. Lol

I booted up the software and was able to rewrite the VIN on the replacement ECU. I think I programmed the smart key fobs and I did waypoint’s pin jump hack with the 4 and 13 slots and paper clip. Next is to re-lace the starter and that camshaft position sensor plug.
