Verified the clutch is engaging when the button is pushed. AC not getting cold. Can see liquid in little site glass thingy at front of condenser where the tube is. Low on R134?

I have a rear hybrid without swingouts if someone wants it. PM me. I hate the fact that it removed my ability to carry a spare underneath the rig and didn't notice that until I was actually installing it.

Has anyone tried reaching out to CBI to see if they'd do another run of rears?

Last night I found a complete 2001 4runner for $2500. The person claims it has a rebuilt motor in it with only 50k miles. The vehicle has a total of 262k on it. I figure I will find someone to pull the motor and put it into mine. That or as suggested I'll wait until Spring and do it myself...

What is the best way to determine whether a new motor is better than just heads?

Sadly, I don't know that I'm setup to do any of that. It's the middle of winter here in Wyoming so I can't move my vehicle into the garage for 2 months. It'll have to go to a shop. Anyone know of any good shops in northern colorado.

I'd say it has to be one of those two things. No codes....yet. I bought an exhaust gas in coolant test kit. Immediately upon startup, it went from blue to yellow. I could see bubbles coming in when I revved the engine. I hope I understood your question correctly.

My only problem is I'd consider the wheeling I do as pretty rough. My runner is fairly modded and I use her pretty hard. Most people can't believe the places I take it. No necessarily wash board road, although there are plenty of those, but lots of rocky nasty volcanic type rocks where we live

Is it a bad idea to brace the outside edge of the ruffstuff dual battery tray to the frame? I don't like the idea of cracking my fenders. My runner has 220k on it and has never been in an accident. I use the heck out of it. Wanting to add a fridge and feel like a dual battery setup is a must

I wanted to get some input from anyone who has installed dual batteries (both in the original location). How does the fender hold up? Is it cracking from all the weight?

So is the consensus that the eBay UCA's are worth it? Do the eBay manufacturer seem to be listening to feedback to improve things or do we need to buy parts to make it right even after the purchase?
