All the black out kits you showed will work for your car except for maybe the sequoia one. When I bought my off road I ordered the black out kit for an sr5 and just removed the emblems on the pillar. I didn’t want to spend the extra money and I prefer the cleaner look anyways.

It’s held on with 3m tape so I just used a heat gun to warm them up a little and peeled them off. Make sure to install new letters to cover up the ugly holes that are left behind.

As stated above those look like the collar for the morimoto bulbs you removed. The collar should just lock into place like a regular bulb. Try getting in there and twisting them out.

My friend did it for me so parts and labor was about $700. I know local shops will charge anywhere from $1300-$1500 and the dealer is about $2400. Hopefully your problem isn’t the evaporator core because that requires the dash to come out. That’s why it’s so expensive

2014 sr5 with 146k miles. Only major issue was ac crapping out on me due to bad evap core. Other than that no issues.
