Great Idea! I located 3 dealers within 30 miles of me, called all 3 they said "they can't get the file". the best thing they can do is order another unit... I asked if they had a unit I could just copy the card, can't do that either. Of course. What lousy service!

Bought the unit, works great. Tried to update the maps, new file folder doesn't have the "Hbs.txt" file. Naviextras techs support say they don't know what it is, and Rosen Tech support hasn't responded to my request. If someone out there who has the rosen, can you copy the files your SD card...
