Toytec rear coil spring spacer problem

I've found a few threads on the subject, but just left me more confused, as it seemed everyone was sorta guessing, nothing definite, so sorry for another post on this.

I installed my Toytech 3 inch leveling kit (2003 4runner) but the back looks like it sits a few inches lower than the front. After reviewing the thread I am linking, it looks like I may have installed my spacer wrong. I installed my spacer exactly like the spacer installed on page 2 of the link.

I see on Toytec website
"The order of install progressively from top to bottom should be spacer, bumpstop/spring isolator, spring, and then the
spring seat on the axle"

So I take it the "coned" part of the spacer goes against the body, the grooved part on bottom, the bump stop fits in the groove, then onto the spring?

Thanks in advance
