has anyone been able to replace the Nav head unit and use the stock rear camera? I have a new Kenwwood 7190 but the camera does not work.

It would be nice to know the frequency that it was split for the front doors, I'm not sure if a subwoofer or just a woofer from a component speaker would be best.

Harper, did you end up replacing the amp as well? I thought I saw somewhere that there is an adapter that can be used to swap the amp.

Would it make any sense to replace the stock speakers in the iNav 15 speaker system? I don't really know the quality of the stock speakers and if buying replacements would be that beneficial.
