I am happy to report that after a week and 100 miles of driving, all seems to be well and the the truck feels like it's normal self. Purrs like a kitten at 6-700 rpm and is as smooth as ever. Thank you for the feedback everyone!

Replacement of the injector on #6, replacement of all the spark plugs, replacement of one O2 sensor. I do not know which O2 sensor failed. I was on a conference call at work and listed to the voicemail and emailed back to proceed with replacing the O2 sensor for another $199.

They were quite sure of the repair and I proceeded. Got the call this morning that it went well, the car is running smooth, the catalytic converters are in good shape, but it is throwing a code for the O2 sensor. That will be another $200, but I should be done then.

I will ask that in the morning. I'm worrying that I will have to have them do something though as the car stayed there overnight now and they did their diagnostics, so I'm sure I'm going to get charged for something if I don't have them do a repair.

Now that I think of it, I don't recall of they said wide open or stuck open. But the advisor said they tested the fuel pump and line in case I had a leak given the heavy fuel burn. He did they feel the catalytic converters appear to be in good shape even with all the fuel going through. He said...
