    Neutral Safety Switch

Nuetral switch Hi, I am having this issue as well I think. The shifter seems to bind some, CEL and trac lights on. Where is this switch located and is it a serious pita to install?

    service schedules

This particular Toyota doesn't have a maintenance book hence the post. As far as the timing gear; silly question, I didn't research that part. So then what I could expect is difs, t-case, brake fluid and maybe whatever else appears to need attention. Shouldn't be terribly costly then. Thanks for...

    service schedules

Hello all, I have a 2011 T4R, happy as anything with it. It's due for a service and it's closing on 90K miles. I can't find anything about what services are required. Oil change for sure but what else? When do I think about timing belts and such? Transmission? Any help would be appreciated.

    remote start

my 2011 T4R does not have a remote start. So my question is this; can I purchase ECONOMICALLY the OEM parts to make one or is some aftermarket set up better? If the aftermarket is the way to go, which make/model works the best for the money?

What air filter is best? K&N, OEM / Stock, AFE, ect?

I had a K&N in my Super Duty Diesel and the stupid thing sucked so hard that it pulled the filter into a cone and broke the seal. It went into the trash right away. They may work ok in some applications but I wouldn't use one again on anything of mine. Just my 2 cents worth.

Toyota Fluids vs. Aftermarket Brand Fluids

It was actually for convenience come service time. I don't like to stock a different product set for each vehicle, Thanks for the reply.

Toyota Fluids vs. Aftermarket Brand Fluids

Motor oil for a 5th gen V6 The wifes new ride is an '11 T4R. New to us but dealer serviced with the previous owner. So on the rest of our fleet I run Rotella T6, it's generally available for less than $25/ gallon. Though it's considered a "diesel" oil, will it be a problem running it in the Toyota?
