sup, I’m alive :) Yeah I never messed with it, just sealed up the plugs and never looked back, it runs good and life’s been tooooo busy to do any tinkering lately. :girl:

After a couple hundred miles 60/40% on/offroad. I can say I'm absolutely pleased (like teenager giggles) at how the rig handles in both types of driving! Traction systems work, crawl control, atrac, diff lock, cruise, nothing is in limp mode, just the kdss light on the bottom right side of the...

The way I see it, if the valves are open all the time there's less pressure on the cylinder seals, but it doesn't ride anything like taking the sway bars off, you still have the balance of pressure going around corners, it just feels like a softer ride now. We can worry ourselves all day about...

    Only KDSS w/lift need apply

Did some testing today.......... Pulling the fuse locked my kdss in highway mode, very stiff at 5mph and no change at moderate speed.... But! (With the fuse in) Unplugging the kdss module on the frame rail area locked mine in low speed mode!!!!!! So I could hit that 10-20mph and still have the...

    Only KDSS w/lift need apply

It literally takes the ride from plush to rough right at that cusp of the kdss kicking "off" 10mph.... It's the kdss

This washboard isn't perfectly even and I'm at 16psi, tires can stuff to the fenders at low speed, do some research on stiff sway bars man.

Next question! How do I check or reset engine codes?? I'm gonna try unplugging it first just to see what that does

    Only KDSS w/lift need apply

That's what I thought, but when hit perfectly even it rides fine, most of the stones are not hitting at the same time and I've felt like the ride just gets stiff at medium speed and now knowing the kdss switches right about that speed I felt, I know it's the kdss that needs adjusted..

    Only KDSS w/lift need apply

Makes perfect sense!! I need to figure this out, do you know if kdss will work if it's simply unplugged somewhere?, a bypass ground switch would be an easy fix.. Driving slower than 10 isn't really an option considering the washboard roads are already a 45min drive to the good trails and that's...

    Only KDSS w/lift need apply

So I thought this trail edition 4Runner was a little stiff on washboard roads when stock, but it wasn't gonna stay that way for long... I've got an icon stage 2(650lbs front spring rates) lift kit with the track bar and a perfect alignment afterwards, the route I took with the kdss was to strap...

5% Tint and getting pulled over by the Police?

Originally I was gonna do 5 on the back and 20 on the front, sooo glad I went 5 all the way around!, backup cam is your friend, you can still see headlights at night, if it was night and there was a driver in your blind spot with his headlights off a quick lane change would be a wreck... As for...
