If the pedal is traveling further down and/or feels softer than before there is air in the line somewhere. Did he use a pressure bleeder? where all four corners done?

Welcome neighbor... Best your going to do with-out major changes would be a spacer lift and wheel/tire upgrade.....I sold my Ltd wheels two days in on kijij, covered the new wheels, BFG's and spacers.

I have a LTD with xreas and BFG's (stiff sidewall), all things considered it handles well, and feels quite tight, although I can say from experience its no 911 To best improve handling you need to stiffen the rear swaybar, reduce the tire sidewall, lower the vehicle, firm up the springs, but...

how about a 4' length of 3"-4" ABS pipe, cap on one end and a couple of holes for a bungee. Just slid the jack in, bungee or two to hold it there, and a couple of straps to hold it to the crossbars.

What type of work are you looking to have done? just the basics, oil change fluids etc, or something specific, like performance mods, suspension... I've used Engineered Automotive at Dufferin and 407(not quite RH) for emissions and some minor electrical on my P-car. They range from minor repairs...

If your going to put large items up there, sheet of ply etc. I'd recommend aftermarket, something that will bring your load above the small antenna on the back. With the factory cross rails it won't last long.

Not since my 3rd gen with a hand brake :lookout: ...Wife's dad two foots, drives me crazy!! Do a fair bit of stop and go, and there are alot of stop signs around here. Worn out pads,maybe,, but warped rotors, that's not right!!

Wish my brakes lasted that long!! I only tow a few times a year and its mostly flat around here but, I have new pads and rotors on all four corners with only 42km, that's 27,000 miles!! Toyota replaces the rotors under warranty because the were warped beyond spec. I relize this truck is...
