I did spend over $200. I think the T1819 was $120 on ebay (couldn't find one that came with cables), and the three cables I listed came to $121 including shipping from Toyota of Dallas website. Note that I did not get the USB cable as I don't need it, so that would raise the price further...

I just did the T1819 install in my 2008; it went in like butter thanks to the info on this thread! Didn't do the USB cable, but BT phone and audio work great, dimmer, steering wheel controls, HD radio with good reception, armrest aux input, and it definitely sounds better than the stock radio...
